Healthy Snacks To Gorge On!

One of the hardest parts of eating and living a healthy lifestyle for me was snacks. Doritos, Cheetos, Oreos, Cookies, Poptarts and many more typical American foods are actually pretty toxic for you because they are filled with chemicals and are super processed. It is obvious to anyone who has done research that these foods should never ever enter the human body. So what alternatives are there to these? That was a hard question for me





Stay faraway from these things! I won't call them food because food is not suppose to harm your body :)
