1. Whenever you want to eat a donut, cheescake, or hamburger don't think of it like a delicious food. Think of it as a toxic non-nutritional fat building mucus creating substance that you should stay away from

















2. Think about WHAT IT DOES TO YOU! When you ingest those foods what do you think happens? It doesn't just disappear to neverland they stay there and give you FAT!
















3. Think about how those ''foods'' where created! Do you think they spent a lot of time making that donut good for your body? Do they even care? Or did they just put some chemical ingredients together and called it food


A Day Of Healthy Eating

What does a full day of healthy eating look like? If you're just starting to live the Sexily Healthy lifestyle or maybe you are interested in starting, you may want to have a better idea of the foods you'll be eating on a daily basis. So let me give you an idea of a healthy day of eating! So let's do a few days of healthy eating. I'll show you different variations of things you could eat on 2 different days..

Monday

Breakfast. Cascadian Farm Cereal with Coconut Milk with a tip of added Coconut Oil 

Snack: 1 Banana 

Lunch: Sun Butter and Blackberry Sandwich. 

Snack: Apple 

Dinner: Quinoa, Sweet Potatoe, Free Range Chicken
(Drinks: Coconut Water, Organic Pineapple Drink, Distilled Water)



Quinoa comes in 2 varieties, White and Red. I recommend the red variety because it tastes better. Make sure you use Chicken Broth (Buy) when cooking it!






Tuesday

Breakfast: Baked Potatoe and Sprouted Whole Wheat Bread Slices with  Blackberry Spread

Snack: Raw Organic Live Food Bar (Highly Recommended!)


Snack: 1 Banana and some Grapes. Goji Superfood Snack Bar

Dinner: Steamed Spinach with Salmon and Quinoa
(Drinks: Coconut WaterOrganic Pineapple Drink, Distilled Water)

What To Eat At McDonalds

Chances are you've probably been to a fast food joint once in your life. The menu's at these places can look so enticing (Even though most of them don't taste half as good as they look) However they can be enticing on sight nonetheless. You'd be forgiven for wanting to try some just by the pictures alone, But is it good for you? Is it bad for weight loss? Will it make you gain lots of processed fats in important parts of your body? Will it increase your risk of getting a disease? Will it harm your overall health?

All of these are great questions and need an adequate answer. So i'll tell you which foods to eat and which foods to stay away from using the Mcdonalds menu as an example but this can be applied to pretty much all the fast food places out there regardless of their theme. Fast food joints all have a similarity and some common ground. So lets start! Mcdonalds is such a famous fast food place, We've all seen their golden arches

When you walk into a Mcdonalds this is what you will typically see on the menu.


So your typical Mcdonalds menu filled with lots of processed meat and artificial ingredients that wreck havoc in our bodies. So which one of these can you eat? First of all you will want to stay away from the Big Mac at ALL costs. Along with every other beef sandwich.

You'll also want to stay away from all the Chicken sandwiches and the Chicken nuggets. Pretty much EVERYTHING made from ''meat'' in the Mcdonalds menu. (Meat is in quotation marks because the meat at Mcdonalds is notoriously bad for you and some say were created in some very iffy tactics)




Why am i telling you to stay away from ALL Mcdonalds meat? Mcdonalds serves BILLIONS of people every year. Imagine the number of animals they need for the meat they put in their sandwiches and other menu items? Just imagine the way those animals must be treated. Not to mention the methods in which they use to turn animal fat into some of their menu items like Chicken Nuggets.

So stay away from the meat products on the menu. Stay VERY FAR away from their beverages menu. I mean at least a football field lengths away. These are FILLED with TOXIC chemicals i literally would not feed to my dog if i had one.  Never put this toxic stuff inside your body. 

French Fries should not be consumed either. White Potatoes aren't good for you by themselves but when you add oil and grease to the equation to make fries they are your stomachs worst nightmare. You'll gain so much fat you'll think you ate a horse


So far it looks like there's not much good on the Micky D's menu. But this next one might be different right? Lets hope so. Next we're going to talk about Deserts! Mcdonalds has an apple pie on their menu that i can tell you from personal experience (a very long time ago) gives you belly fat like no other.

If you want to keep unhealthy fat off your stomach then stay away from this too. Also this is filled with processed ingredients that i wouldnt feed my dog, i would NEVER eat it or recommend it to another human being. So Apple pie is a no no

Pretty much EVERYTHING on the Mcdonalds menu is a big NO except for one thing.. The salads. Mcdonalds has a good variety of pretty good salad dishes that i recommend. Just don't put anything on it like mayo




Okay guys so we pretty much established that Mcdonalds should be avoided at all cost except maybe in emergencies you can buy a salad but everything else you see on the menu you should steer clear of. Those foods will only harm your health and make you gain excess fat

I know guys - this post is probably not that uplifting for people who eat food at Mcdonalds regularly. The truth is fast food places aren't good for you. What we put inside our bodies is so very important. You wouldn't put mud in your cars gas tank would you? For our bodies to operate properly and do what it needs to do it is highly beneficial for the foods we eat to not fight the body or give it more work to do, but help it do what it needs to do. The greatest thing you can do to lose weight, increase energy, increase mood, increase strenght, and decrease chances of getting diseases is to eat the right foods

One of the hardest parts of eating and living a healthy lifestyle for me was snacks. Doritos, Cheetos, Oreos, Cookies, Poptarts and many more typical American foods are actually pretty toxic for you because they are filled with chemicals and are super processed. Tips: Eating is VERY important! Do not minimize your eating if you're hungry then EAT! Just eat GOOD FOODS. No processed cheeseburgers or fat filled ice cream. Go eat a delicious salad or have some apples or bananas and stuff yourself with as much as you can handle :D I place no limit to how much greens and healthy foods you can eat.

WORK OUT 

So now you know what to eat so now it's time to tell you what to do. Get your work out mat out. Do the exercise in the video below every morning or when you have time in the day. Make it consistent and try to create a routine.


Do the work out and eat the foods i recommend and you'll have a flat stomach in a little as 7 days! I know it worked for me! I was so surprised to see my flat stomach. Diet had a HUGE part to do with it because once i cut out white rice (a HUGE source of belly fat) it was pretty much only a matter of time. Once you lose the belly fat and hopefully adopt a healthier eating lifestyle you will begin to realize that stomach fat is HARD to build up. Since I've done this my belly fat has NEVER returned. I still eat healthy of course so that's a huge part but stomach fat builds up years and years so some of the belly fat you have now is probably from when you were around 12 years old or maybe years ago.

Nutribullet Review - Review Of The Nutribullet

After seeing a bunch of commercials i finally got my hands on the Nutribullet a few months ago. I had a lot of expectations because people were saying such good things about this and how it could boost your health immensely. This is a completely unbiased review of the Nutribullet. I'll review absolutely everything about it so you know the ins, outs and betweens. So without any further speculation  lets get to the Nutribullet review!

So a quick story about me, I bought the Nutribullet a few months ago and immediately put it to work. I was so excited i began right away making a nice glass of juice *oops i mean i started making a ''Nutriblast''. I bought a bunch of fruits and vegetables like Apples, Carrots, Pineapple, Strawberries, Kale, etc and didn't really follow any recipes just tossed them in together and hoped for the best. You could say i was a NutriScientist






















So lets start from the beginning when i first bought the package i brought home a pretty large box that contained the equipment as well as the main juicer. I opened the box pretty simply (Except putting the stuff back in was a little difficult, but that's a story for later) It had the Nutribullet base with the detached spinning blades (It came with 3 different versions) I used the basic version. 
















Attaching the blade to the Nutribullet system is very simple you just put them together and spin it in a circle motion until you hear it click (Though i recommend you wash the entire product before you begin using it) Once the Nutribullet system is fully attached you can begin using it right away. They made the setup process very simple. Now that you've attached the Nutribullet parts you're ready to begin making your ''Nutriblasts''!
















Before you jump in you will want to read the booklet that comes in the box. It will tell you how to operate the Nutribullet and what to and not to do. The instructions are pretty basic but important if you want to make a good drink. For example, you must have a certain ratio of veggies to fruits in each of your Nutriblasts which i assume will make it taste better. There's also another great booklet which has a list of all the fruits, veggies, and nuts (yes, nuts) that you can use in your Nutriblasts

Setting it up is incredibly easy so you won't have any problems at all. Just make sure you have some space somewhere to conveniently store all of the extra blades. Now that it's set up let's begin making the first Nutriblast. This can be a very exciting time and you might (as I was) be overwhelmed by ideas of what to make. I found it easiest to do a basic recipe that will not only give you a good feel for the nutribullet but will also taste pretty good! So here's the recipe I call "The NutriStarter"




2 Apples
4 Strawberries
2 slices of cucumber 
1/4 cup grapes

Take all of the ingredients and put them into the container cup and add some water. Attach the cup to the Nutribullet and turn the cup slightly counterclockwise to begin the extraction process. Do this for 30 - 60 seconds until you're comfortable with how it looks (in terms of thickness) Then pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!

The first Nutriblast i made was so refreshing and it was a really great experience tasting that first cup, Now i admit it wasn't all that tasty but as time went by my skills improved and i became better at choosing the right ingredients and making better tasting Nutriblasts. I also began using ingredients that were good for my health like flax seed and beet root. Now the question is, did it make a difference in my overall health?

Honestly, I think it did. It may sound a little cliche but almost minutes after i made one of my most powerful healthy Nutriblasts (Packed with ingredients highly recommended for their incredible healthy qualities) i felt a great feeling. I could almost feel the power of the ingredients just flowing through me and i have to admit it felt pretty great!
